Wird dieses Backpulver \u00fcber 100\u00b0C erhitzt, entstehen 3 gasf\u00f6rmige Stoffe A, B und C im Molverh\u00e4ltnis 1:1:1.<\/p>\n<p>Beim Erw\u00e4rmen von 3.952 g Hirschhornsalz auf 110\u00b0C bei Luftdruck 1.013 bar entstehen von Gas A 1.571 Liter, von B 0.9 g und von C 2.2 g.<\/p>\n<p>A in Wasser gel\u00f6st bildet mit Cu(II)-Salzen einen dunkelblauen Komplex. Beim Kondensieren von B erh\u00e4lt man eine neutrale Fl\u00fcssigkeit.
